1987 Nomad trailer (sold)

Purchased in December 2010 for a very fair price. Yes, it had some issues, but these are the types of vehicles I enjoy… I love to tinker. The week after purchasing we did the usual clean up and found the “minor damage” on the right front corner had allowed a leak inside the wall which had completely rot out the wall studs and paneling. This was all torn up and replaced, which prompted me to move the battery inside (out of the cold and out of the thieves hands) under the main bed.

All the mechanical components were in working order minus the sink had a leak in the pipes which was finally fixed after a few days to find the parts. The hot water heater will not stay lit, but I have not bothered much more with that for now… maybe later down the road, but I am considering hot water as a luxury not worth spending time or money on just yet.
